Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WB Solutions' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

WB Solutions provides web development, AI solutions, business automation, and custom branding services. Our services are subject to the following terms:

• Services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in written contracts
• Scope of work, timelines, and pricing are defined in project proposals
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Service availability is subject to our current capacity and expertise

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for your project, including:

• Custom code written for your project
• Custom graphics and designs
• Brand materials (logos, style guides)

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components that remain under their original licenses. WB Solutions retains ownership of:

• Reusable code frameworks and templates
• Development tools and methodologies
• General knowledge and techniques

Payment Terms

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required before work begins on most projects
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon methods
• Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur late fees and suspension of services
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

Project Timeline and Delays

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in client feedback or content provision
• Scope changes or additional feature requests
• Technical challenges or third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major scope changes require a new project proposal and agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• Maintaining backups of their data
• Testing and accepting deliverables within agreed timeframes

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and skill. Bug fixes for custom code are provided free of charge for 30 days after project delivery.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, or revenue from our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WB Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information without written permission, except as required by law. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

Portfolio and Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. Client names and logos may be used as references with permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• WB Solutions delivers work completed up to termination point
• No refunds are provided for deposits or work already performed

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

For international clients, applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
